I am qualified as a therapist, consultant supervisor, and teacher of higher education. Over two decades, I have personally supported thousands of clients, students and professionals to flourish and develop. If you are looking for someone to figure things out with, to help you to go deeper into your own experience, and to support the emergence of the most satisfying expression of who you are, you have come to the right place!

As a therapist I have worked in a range of front-line services, in private practice, in the third sector, and in business settings. I have supported cancer patients and families, adult survivors of childhood abuse, carers, and people who have experienced trauma at work. As a neuro-divergent person, I also specialise in working with neuro-divergent clients, leaders and teams.

I have been supervising and training ethical and effective therapists for nearly 15 years.

I am a thought-leader in my field, as a therapist and educator, specialising in ethics and justice. I have presented at international conferences, authored books, and conducted research.
My theoretical orientation is that I am a person-centred pluralist - meaning that I honour and trust people's natural process of growth, and tailor my work in response to your deep, intuitive knowing and wishes. ​​Because I adapt my practice to your needs and preferences, I facilitate our co-creation of a unique approach every time. Drawing from a wide range of psychological theories and techniques, learned over two decades of formal training and learning from my clients, professionals, and trainees,I am both adaptable and responsive to your unique situation and identity. So, no two of my professional relationships are exactly alike. I am excited to discover something new every time!
