One-to-one therapy

I offer a warm, empathic, and collaborative space for clients to explore personal growth and life challenges. I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs, using a wide range of therapeutic techniques to support healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change.

All About Therapy

Counselling is a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. It's a time just for you—where we can work together to understand what's going on in your life, what challenges you're facing, and what changes you want to make. We talk about whatever feels important to you, at your own pace, and I listen deeply to understand your perspective. Through our sessions, you can gain new insights, explore different ways of coping, and build a deeper connection to yourself, helping you find more clarity, peace, and direction in your life.
